الميزان لا يتصل؟

تأكد أن الميزان مشغّل وغير متصل بتطبيق آخر (أغلق تطبيقات الموازين الأخرى تمامًا) — الميزان المتصل بتطبيق آخر لا يظهر. ثم أعد فتح Bloom.

استيراد وصفة لا يقرأ الأرقام؟

صوّر البطاقة بإضاءة جيدة ومن الأمام مباشرة. تُفتح كل وصفة مستوردة للمراجعة قبل الحفظ — صحّح أي رقم هناك.

الإبلاغ عن محتوى في المجتمع

اسحب على أي طريقة في صفحة المجتمع واختر «إبلاغ»، وستُخفى عنك فورًا. أو راسلنا مباشرة.

Scale won't connect?

Make sure the scale is on and not connected to another app (fully quit other scale apps) — a connected scale doesn't advertise. Then reopen Bloom.

Import misread a number?

Shoot the card straight-on in good light. Every import opens for review before saving — fix any value there.

Swipe any method in the Community feed and choose Report — it's hidden from you immediately. Or email us directly.
